What's Poppin: Usher Cans Fansite, Gwen Stefani Sues, Ray J Romancing Lil Kim

Usher

R&B Singer Usher has reportedly served legal papers on the woman running his No.1 fansite, usherforever.com, to shut shop because the website does not care for his fiancee, Tameka Foster. An insider has revealed that the singer has sent Erika Jackson papers through his lawyer. Foster has been unpopular among Usher's fans ever since rumors about her acting as a catalyst in the firing of his manager-mother, Jonetta Patton. Usherforever.com reciprocated to the letter by terming the singer's move "petty." Gwen Stefani is suing a retail chain claiming designers copied her heart trademarks from her Harajuku and L.A.M.B. clothing lines. The "Hollaback Girl" singer claims Forever 21 bosses engaged in "acts of trademark infringement." Stefani, through her Harajuku Lovers, LLC company, is seeking to stop Forever 21 from modeling clothes based on her own designs, as well as unspecified monetary damages. R&B sex pot Ray J is said to be romancing rapper Lil' Kim after splitting from Whitney Houston. The singer/actor, who is Brandy's younger brother, treated Kim to a $20,000 shopping spree at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills earlier this month and now friends are insisting Ray J is romancing Kim. A source also says the Ray J organized a surprise birthday party for Lil' Kim at Los Angeles hotspot Les Deux. Lil' Kim befriended Ray J after she appeared in his 2001 video "Wait A Minute."
