Usher

Usher has gotten cold feet and cancelled the wedding to marry his pregnant fiance.  Wow, that was close! Better now than a messy expensive divorce.  Tameka Foster and the R&B singer were to be married yesterday (Saturday) in the Hamptons, but the ceremony was canceled.  No details were given as to why the couple cancelled the wedding.

Usher may have been feeling the pressure from the public as to why he's marrying a woman who already have three children, who is 10 years older than him, who is not that attractive, and who may have forced Usher to fire his mother as his manager.  

User has been very angry at various radio personalities and an unofficial fan website (usherforever.com) for "dogging him" on his chosen fiance and his sexuality.

A statement released by publicist Patti Webster exclusively to the AP read: "It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond, IV and Tameka Foster was canceled. No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected."

The couple announced their engagement earlier this year, and later, that she was expecting his first child. She has three other children from a previous marriage. The couple is expecting their first child together in the fall.
