INTRO: The intro is just a heap of string noise (mutes, rakes
and pick slides). I got the right sound by sliding the pick up
and down the strings furiously...rest your fret hand on top of
the strings to prevent the strings from ringing.

After this I think there is some sort of slide stuff followed by 2
monster pick slides before the music is the same as the first verse.
