O==ºº KEY(w/exsamples)-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

/ = Slide up or down

^13^ = Bend a note up then bring it back to pitch

^7 = Bend the note and then go to the next note without

bringing it back to pitch

[-19~~~~~-]= The ~ means that the note it extends from

[---17~~~-] should still be ringing. When you get to

[---------] that part, listen to the solo and you will understand.

[-------0-]

6|4 = Let the 6 sound then slide down to 4

E|3--+2--2| = Here you would play 3 then a 2 that has been bent out of pitch

but you don't hear the bend, so you would hear: 3, 2(bend), 2

4» = Slide to nut (to kill sound without obivous mute)

*-_.·'°:¤:Notes:¤:'°·._-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

If the key is too confusing, then just replace the slightly changed bends

with regular ones, and etc.I had to slow the tempo by 50% to tab this out

accurately, I guess that is cheating but i'm sure that i'm not the only

one anxious to play this solo so there it is. The only thing I wasnt sure

on is in the 6th bar, I'm not sure how many open E's he plays there. But

the rest should be correct. If you can't pitz fast enough for some parts

feel free to hammer on.

He uses delay on the distortion, and if you can't seem to get that sweet

sounding distortion, its because of the bass. His bass is much like the

Music Man StingRays; with a very nice pickup, and 2 or 3 band preamp

(built in) not to mention the effect it's self.
