This is the live version as heard at various performances, including SNL Live.
You may want to play the main riff chords standard, ie 133 instead of 1333.
However, Kurt was known to extend his power chords down a string, especialy for live performances.
It may also depend on your set-up (this version was played on a Fender Jaguar), and you may want to experiment abit.

This is AT LEAST very very close to the way kurt played it Live.
As with the pre-chorus, some kind of effects like delay are used for the solo.
So if you can, give them a try to add a bit more spice to the solo.
