MOTÖRHEAD, DARK NEW DAY, MESHUGGAH, DEVILDRIVER, GOD FORBID, OTEP and THE HAUNTED are among the bands confirmed for the first annual "Hellraisers' Ball", set to take place Saturday, October 1 at the Town Square Plaza Park/England Bros. Pavillion in Pinellas Park, Florida. The festival billing is shaping up as follows:
