Misc - Hand Excerise guitar tab

You can do verious hand excerises i was playing around

and found one that strengthens you hand while it

increases speed and familarizes you hand with the

fret board.Add varitions like 3 3 7 3 7 7 3 3 the sky

is the limit. just little hand excerises from my

goofin around. keep doin this and remember this isnt

the only way you can do this!
