Misc - Beginner - Solo Theory guitar tab

ok ill admit that this is not a tab but

i dont see why i cant give some of the beginners

on this site a hand or even advanced players.

but here we go listen up please,i think it will

be a good hand to you guys.

MAJOR OR MINOR.

Before soloing it is always important

to know if you are in major or in minor key.

because im guessing that if

you are using a minor

mode /scale over a major chord

progression you will probably be laughed at,sorry

i dont make the rules guys lol.

but over the years your ear will be able

to know just by listening if you are in a major or minor key,but in the meantime always

check with the rythm player in youre band.

for example if youre friend /family member/is playing this chord progression

E,A.C.D. you will be playing over an e major scale or mode because its in the key of E why

because E is the first(root) chord that is being played.

anyway guys i think that should help but please gvie me your comments in read corrections.

LICKS.

Licks are essential in your solo playing they give you

your identity your taste if you like.thats when people can really hear your influences

because i dont know about you guys but i have borrowed a couple of licks from my inspirations

and included them in my solo playing.

but i have to say ive done alot on my own which i think sound great.

but sorry guys which i could say more but ive really got to jet.and im quite tired but i
