Pop star Michael Jackson is being sued by his former entertainment lawyers, claiming the singer owes them more than $113,000. The lawsuit filed Tuesday, by the law firm Lavely & Singer of Los Angeles, says Jackson agreed in arbitration last year to pay them $180,000 in three installments. The firm alleges in the filed complaint that Jackson failed to make the final payment of $113,750 before the July 31, 2007, deadline stipulated in the settlement. A judge last month ordered the 48-year-old pop singer to pay more than $256,000 in legal fees to another firm that handled some side issues during his 2005 child molestation trial. In the fourth quarter of 2007, Jackson is expected to release a comeback album. There have been reports of collaborations with will.i.am (of The Black Eyed Peas), Teddy Riley, Ne-Yo, Akon, Chris Brown and 50 Cent. There may also be plans for a world tour to support the album.
