Making The Band

R&B is taking over BET and MTV this week with new videos and performances in addition to the celebration of 106 & Park's 2000th Episode celebration. Although the week is full of performances, co-hosting duties and celebrations, R&B fans – specifically John Legend fans, will finally get to see the singer's new video for the first time on MTV's hit show FNMTV on Friday. The new cut entitled "Green Light" featuring Outkast's Andre 3000 is Legend's first single from his third album "Evolver" due later this year. Elsewhere on TV this week, Diddy's Making the Band trio consisting of Danity Kane, Day 26 and Donnie Klang will take over MTV from Tuesday through Friday in celebration of the third season of the wildly successful series Making the Band 4. Not to be outdone, BET will celebrate the 2000th episode of the networks hit show 106&Park with special appearances from Keyshia Cole, LL Cool J and many more on Wednesday.
