So this is how I interpret Bawitdaba in case you were wondering. It's pretty

accurate as far as I know but I could have made a couple mistakes.

Intro:

The intro on the full album version is mostly synthesized but if you want to

play along you would mostly just slide up slowly on the low E string.

Chorus: (The part where the whole band sings bawitdabadadangdadang... etc.

Play heavily distorted and with lots of bass.)

The notes with *s under them are palm muted. Repeat this over and over until

the verse.

Verse:

Now here's where things get tricky. There are two guitar parts here (Kid

Rock has two guitarists-duh). Guitar 1 plays alone during the first verse

which is "Now this is for the questions that don't have any answers the

midnight glances at the topless dancers the damned the freaks cars packed

with speakers" then Guitar one drops out as Kid says "The G's with the

forties and the chicks with beepers." Then Guitar 1 comes back in when Kid

says "The Northern Lights in the southern comfort..." Then you hear Guitar 2

come in with the guitar melody but it comes in about a half beat AFTER Guitar

1. There's also a fill that Guitar 1 plays while Kid finishes some of the

phrases. The entire first verse, Guitar 1 plays its part but for the rest of

the verses only the Guitar 2 part is played, and it's played by both

guitarists, and the bass takes over the Guitar 1 part. If all of that

confused you, just listen to the song. You'll get it. Plus, I have a map of

it all on the bottom.

Play the Guitar 2 part with tons of vibrato. This part varies a couple of

times, you'll just have to listen because I don't want to make this any more

complicated than it already is.

Instrumental bridge:

This is the cool part that is incredibly easy. Just make sure you bend the

three on the low E up a 1/2 step and then bring it back down a couple times.

Additionally, half way through this part, the Guitar 2 starts sliding up and

it's a really cool sound.

This is the part that goes "And for the love and for the hate and for the

peace: war!" It's basically just palm muted E powerchords, you figure out

the rhythm.
