Kenny Chesney

Kenny Chesney - I Lost It bass tab

This tab goes along with the song exactly. It was

meant for the chordes that originally were put out

on this website for this song by i think matemellon.

Listen to the song for the changes and EXACTLY

how many times to hit each note. I've got it pretty

close though. i dont have time to get the timings

down in the tab so work with me people! :-)...

Every note that is played is held untilthe next note

is to be struck.

if there is an "h" it means hold until next note

INTRO:

------------------------

--------4h---------4h-----

---6h---------6h----------

------------------------

Verse 1: hold pretty much every note until next chord change

------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------8-6-------------

-6-6-----6---6-6-----6---6-5-3------6-8-10-11---

-----4-6---------4-6----------------------------

CHORUS:

-----------------------------------------------------------

-----------------------------------------------------------

-----666-----666------------666-----666------------6-------

-446-----444-----666--6--4------444-----666--6---4----6--4-

VERSE 2: same but each note is struck a couple times more

and with a bit more emphasis... again listen to song.

CHORUS: same as first

*note: when you play the chorus before the solo strike the

last note repeatedly until the next change into the actuall

first note in the solo* ( E----4-4-4-4-4-4-4 A---6- ect. ect.)

Bass during solo: (timing on this is almost exact)

-----------------------------------------------------------

-----------------------------------------------------------

-6-66-66---------6-66-66---------6-66-66---------6-66-66---

---------4-44-44---------6-66-66---------4-44-44---------6h

little interlude thingy or whatever after solo

-------------------------

-4h--6h--11h--6h--8h-----

-------------------------

-------------------------

chorus again and that's it!

also if you listen to the song in the beginning it kina sounds

like he is playing the D and G notes up in the 10 and 14 range.

I noticed this after i tabbed it all out so if you want then

transcribe it for that range on yo bass fretboard. Personally

i think he does actually play it there but it sounds amazing

either way. Have fun! This is an awesome song! I'm put out the

bass part for tin man sometime soon so look for that!
