Jazmine Sullivan, T.I. and Rihanna Hold Strong On This Weeks' Billboard Charts

Jazmine Sullivan and T.I. remain on top of this week's most coveted charts - R&B/Hip Hop Songs and the Billboard Hot 100 with their respective hits "Need U Bad" and "Whatever You Like." Just one week after setting a new record with a 71-1 jump, T.I.'s "Whatever You Like" remains No.1 on the Hot 100 this week. According to Nielsen Soundscan the Hip Hop star's single pushed 176,000 downloads this week and may be sneaking up on Jazmine Sullivan's #1 R&B/Hip Hop hit "Need U Bad."   According to Billboard, Sullivan's "Need U Bad" claims the No. 1 spot for a second week on the Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs chart this week, replacing Keyshia Cole's "Heavensent."   Elsewhere on the charts, Rihanna's "Disturbia" held tight at No.2 on the Hot 100, followed by Chris Brown's "Forever" at No.4 and Ne-Yo's "Closer" at No. 8.   Ludacris' new single "What Them Girls Like" featuring Chris Brown and Sean Garrett became this week's top debut, imprinting the chart at No.59.

Jazmine Sullivan Joins Maxwell For Tour, "Need U Bad" Climbs To #1 Spot

"Need U Bad" singer Jazmine Sullivan has officially picked up a spot on Maxwell's highly anticipated fall tour according to J Records.Currently celebrating the success of the runaway single "Need U Bad," which is #1 on the Urban mainstream charts this week, Sullivan becomes the first female in almost four years to do so. The Jonathan Mannion-directed video for "Need U Bad" is also the No. 1 clip on BET's 106 & Park video countdown show and the No. 2 highest rated video on AOL Music.Riding high on the single, Sullivan has been tapped by Maxwell to open his 25-city tour which runs through November 21st. Jazmine Sullivan Finalizes 'Fearless' Debut, Kicks Off Lyric Contest

R&B newcomer Jazmine Sullivan has finalized the tracklisting for her debut album entitled "Fearless," due in stores September 23rd. Led by the hit single "Need U Bad" Sullivan's J Records debut features a bevy of today's hottest producers including Stargate, Salaam Reid, Anthony Bell and Missy Elliott who produced "Need You Bad." The twelve track album on which Sullivan penned every track, was finalized this week just in time for the singer who has begun a promotional tour in support of the effort. In related news, the singer has kicked off a "Fearless Lyric Contest" in which fans are allowed to write lyrics to a special track that Sullivan will record this fall.
