Janet Jackson

It looks like Janet Jackson's rumored lingerie line will be coming to stores by years end, just around the time of the singer's world tour. Inspired by Jackson's 1987 hit "Pleasure Principle," the lingerie line produced by Australian designer Bruno Schiavi is expected to hit U.S. stores in November. "Pleasure Principle" will then be issued to Australian, European and Japanese retailers in early 2009. "In the past it was very taboo for an artist to do something other than endorse a soft drink - it's like you were selling out if you were to go beyond that," says Jackson who is gearing up for a highly anticipated tour this fall. "This range is not just for one woman in particular," Jackson added when asked about the line and its range. "We're all different. It's for everyone." – according to a recent release the line will have sizes up to 44G. Schiavi, who has worked with Delta Goodrem and Priscilla Presley in recent years says "Janet and I wanted to create a collection that empowers women and that makes women feel sexy, flirtatious and provocative." In related news, a concert rundown of Janet's "Rock Witchu" tour was recently leaked. According to documents obtained the "Discipline" singer will perform songs like "Control," "Escapade," "That's The Way Love Goes," "Feedback" and "Sexibition." The "Rock Witchu" Tour kicks off September 10th in Vancouver, BC.
