Oscar winner Jamie Foxx is looking for a wife, but insists the lucky lady will have to sign a pre-nuptial agreement.

The actor duetted with Kanye West on hit track 'Gold Digger' and appears to have taken the song's warning about divorce settlements to heart.

Of marriage the 38-year-old says, "With that special person, at that special moment, who's willing to sign that special pre-nup."
