* This note with the asterisk is actually played one whole octave
lower, which would make it a fret 2 on a seventh string tuned down
to F, however playing it the way shown is still the right note (A)
just one octave higher. What I really think they do though is use
an octave-pedal or pitchshifter or something, and play the fret
shown, but bring it down the octave using the pedal. Hmm. It also
happens to be the only note in the song that is so low.
