Bend the strings (F,A) slowly (slowly in relation to previous 3 bends),
vibrate these 2 strings.

Pluck the F string & immediately reach the highest pitch of a full bend.
While holding the bend in its highest positi on pluck 2 times.
Gradually begin to release; while releasing, pluck the string 3 times.
Listen to the CD for the degree of release.

Mute the F string right after the pitch of the bend is the highest.

Pluck the F string & bend it.
Having reached the tone of the note at the 14th fret, pluck again.

Pluck the A string (13th fret).
Again pluck the F string.
