The Sandy Badlands

From the Final Fantasy VII Soundtrack (Disc 2, Track 21)

Composed By: Nobuo Uematsu

Tabbed by: Cartoon Killer (killer@jegan.cjb.net) (41184383)

Tuning: Standard

I forgot where this tune's from...it's the place where you get on the gondola

to The Saucer. I think. Oh well.

The Beginning Riff

-------------------------------------------------

---3------1----3------1----3------1----3------4--

-0-----------0------1----0-----------0------1----

------0-3---------0-----------0-3---------0------

-------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------------------------

This isn't on the guitar, but you can make it sound like it with...something.

Play it continuously.

Guitar Riff 1 - 6 times

-------3--------1--

-----3--------1----

---3--------2------

-5--------3--------

-------------------

-------------------

This comes in after the beginning riff is played once. You'll need two guitars

for the proper effect. This is with an acoustic.

Guitar Riff 2 - 1 time

----------------1--

-------4------1----

-----3------2------

---5------0--------

-6-----------------

-------------------

This comes in after 6 times of Riff 1.

-------3--------1--

-----3--------1----

---3--------1------

-5--------0--------

-------------------

-------------------

This comes in after 1 time of Riff 2.

After that it's back to Riff 1. Be sure to have a good pause between each play-

through, listen to the track for that.

The track is over 5 minutes long, so there's bound to be variations, but I bet

you'll get tired of playing it over once anyway, so it wouldn't really matter.

Good Luck!
