Last Tuesday a judge ordered Game to stand trial on counts of making criminal threats, possession of a firearm in a school zone and exhibiting a firearm on the grounds of a facility for minors. Game is currently free on $50,000 bail. De faces more than five years in prison if he’s convicted. The Game went to court yesterday trying to get the LAPD to return his $44,000 in cash they took from him during his arrest on gun charges.
