In addition to the regular band lineup, "Let It Die" also features former Foo Fighters guitarist Pat Smear making an appearance on guitar.
When "Let It Die" reached top twenty in Modern Rock Tracks, Foo Fighters had three songs in Top 20 of Modern Rock Chart, being one of four acts to reach that.
An EP was released in May 2008 featuring "Let It Die," an Arcade Fire cover, and two previously released B-sides. It is currently only available through the Canadian iTunes Store.
