Electric Prunes - Too Much To Dream guitar tab
tte Tucker and Nancy Mantz wrote a bunch of punkadelic classics (unusual
for women in that era) including this #11 hit for the Electric Prunes.
Correction to earlier notes: While some sources (including the original
_Nuggets_ liners) identify the band as being from Seattle, a source close
to the band has since informed me that they (along with the Strawberry
Alarm Clock) attended Taft H.S. in the San Fernando Valley near Los
Angeles. An interview with singer Jim Lowe is scheduled for _Here 'Tis_
#8; hopefully that will clear up this matter once and for all. -- AWR

Verse 2:
The room was empty as I staggered from my bed

Came the dawn
And you were gone
You were gone, gone, gone
[repeat chorus 2X]

[Note: the coda is in D major; listen to the rhythm guitar
(heavily-tremoloed part in right channel) to hear this]
