The beautiful ladies of R&B group Destiny's Child have been awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Lead singer Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams were reunited for the ceremony in Hollywood following the group's split last year reports BBC news. "We started when we were 9 years old, and here we are getting a Hollywood star," said 24-year-old Knowles. "Dreams come true. So thank you all so much for supporting us." The group's hits include Say My Name and Survivor. Although Destiny's Child have called it quits, they are releasing a concert DVD 'Live In Atlanta' - recorded at Atlanta's Phillips Arena, from their 2005 farewell 'Lovin' It' tour - and are all pursuing solo projects.
A new Destiny's Child DVD arrives in stores this Tuesday, March 28th. Beyonce, Kelly and Michelle are featured in the "Destiny's Child: Live in Atlanta" DVD, which captures the trio's July 2005 concert at Atlanta's Phillips Arena. The DVD includes the group's biggest hits like "Say My Name," "Bootylicious," "Survivor" and "Soldier," and it also features some testimonials from Destiny's Child fans.

"Destiny's Child Groove" is a competitive dance game that will feature images of vocalists Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and four songs from the group's "#1s" album, including "Survivor," "Bug A Boo," "Say My Name" and "Lose My Breath." Synchronizing music, rhythm and gameplay, "Destiny's Child Groove" will take the form of a back-and-forth dance battle in which users compete against A.I. characters. ?We are delighted to be working with Destiny's Child and Square Enix to roll out this innovative new game," said Thomas Hesse, president of Global Digital Business for SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT. The arrows are synchronized to the general rhythm or beat of a chosen song, and success depends on the player's skill in timing and positioning the directions accordingly. "Destiny's Child Groove has great graphics, you can take it with you wherever you go, and I love that I get to encourage players as they get better and better at the game," commented Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child.
