Update: Dallas Austin Pleads Guilty To Drug Charge

Grammy-winning R&B producer DALLAS AUSTIN, who has worked with MICHAEL JACKSON, TLC, PINK and MADONNA, has pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine in Dubai according to the Associated Press.

Austin told the judge he had made a mistake and did not mean to break the law in the United Arab Emirates.

He could face up to four years in jail when he is sentenced on Tuesday.

Austin was arrested at Dubai airport last month and has pleaded guilty to possessing 1.26 grams of cocaine.

Austin, from Columbus, Georgia, made his name producing hits for Boyz II Men and won a Grammy for best R&B album in 1999 for producing TLC's Fanmail.
