Britney Spears is an undisputable drama queen. Can one person have so many things go so wrong in their life? Well at least she makes a great story for the media. Now Britney has been ordered to surrender custody of her children to ex-husband Kevin Federline. It seems Kevin feels Britney is unfit to raise there kids, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1 and petitioned the court to give him custody. It’s great to see a father step up and take control.Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled that Federline will take custody of Sean and beginning Wednesday "until further order of the court."The order is the result of an unspecified oral motion made by Kevin Federline's attorneys and was handled in a closed-door hearing. The order didn't state the reason for the change in custody and all transcripts of the proceedings were ordered sealed. However, the judge stated that Britney has engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol." He ordered the pop star to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week as part of her ongoing custody dispute with Federline.Britney was previously ordered to meet weekly with a "parenting coach" who was to observe and report back to the court about her parenting skills. Both Spears and Federline must complete the court's "Parenting Without Conflict" class.Britney, 25, and Kevin, 29, were married in October 2004, divorced last November which became official in July. They have joint custody of their sons, but Kevin is seeking a greater share of custody. An MTV Video Music Awards performance last month meant to herald her comeback was universally panned. The following week, Spears' management firm dropped her and her divorce lawyer resigned. She then was charged with misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run and driving without a valid license for allegedly crashing into a parked car in August. Britney's new album will be released Nov. 13. Can’t wait to hear what a crack head sounds like! Maybe she and Whitney Houston should get together and make a crack album! Now that would sell!
Did you see Britney Spears performance at the 2007 MTV VMA last night? (View video) Oh my goodness the poor girl is out of it. She was horrible. I thought I was watching a Saturday Night Live skit. She seemed like she has never been on a stage before. Right before she started her routine she looked liked she was stumbling. Kids listen up! See what alcohol and drugs can do to you? Britney looked out of shape! She had no curves to her. Her lip syncing was horrible. Unfortunately, I think things will continue to go poorly for Britney. Her career maybe over after last night's performance. The girl needs some help. I know MTV was embarrassed to put her stage! No record label would ever sign her with that performance! Embattled pop star Britney Spears' new album 'Blackout' is espected to debut at number one in the Billboard 200 album charts. Spears’ latest studio effort reportedly sold 124,000 copies on its first day of release. This is more than double the number of records Carrie Underwood's current chart-topping album 'Carnival Ride' sold on its release day, managing just 49,000 sales. 'Blackout' is already at number one in the iTunes download chart. Britney's label, Jive/Zomba, has estimated the album will sell between 330,000 and 350,000 copies first week in the US, which should give Britney the coveted top spot with ease. The troubled star revealed she celebrated the release of 'Blackout' - her first studio album since 2003 - with an evening in eating fried chicken on Tuesday night. She said: "It was kind of laidback, really. We watched a scary movie and ate fried chicken - that's about it!" The 25-year-old singer's last LP release, 'In the Zone', sold a staggering 609,000 copies in the US in its first week.
Britney Spears is threatening to take a Florida radio station to court over a series of billboard advertisements that used her bald-headed image next to the captions 'Certifiable', 'Shock Therapy' and 'Total Nut Jobs.' The star is less than impressed with WFLZ's advertising hoardings for MJ Morning Show, which her lawyer claims are "outrageous in the extreme." In a letter he says: "It was outrageous in the extreme that Clear Channel created and displayed the billboards in the first place. That Clear Channel then had the unabashed temerity to lie about their removal shocks the conscience. "We demand a complete inventory of all Clear Channel billboards containing my client's photograph... We must also insist upon documentary evidence verified under penalty of perjury to establish that all of the billboards have in fact been taken down." Hip-Hop and R&B superstar Lil Fizz of the multi-platinum group B2K is set to release his debut album PayDay on July 17th. I'm with people who give me freedom and creative control," states Fizz. Lil Fizz is 1/4 of the world-famous R&B boy band B2K. This summer, you can catch Lil Fizz as the opening act for R&B super group Pretty Ricky. Former Destiny's Child members Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams intentionally spread out the release of their solo albums so they don't compete with each other. All three R&B singers have forged successful solo careers since the group split in 2005 - and they put it down to their conscious effort not to upstage each other. Rowland says, "We don't like to release albums at the same time. We don't think of it as competition, but everyone else does so we try to avoid it." Mariah Carey unveiled her scent to beauty editors at a lavish cocktail party in Soho Monday night, which she hosted with Elizabeth Arden, her fragrance licensee.
