R&B singer BEYONCE KNOWLES and rapper SHAWN JAY ZCARTER have confirmed their marriage by filing their wedding license in Scarsdale, New York, reports Reuters. The superstar couple, who began dating in 2002, was widely reported to have exchanged nuptials on April 4, but neither star has yet to publicly acknowledge their nuptials - even refusing to wear wedding rings when out in public. "The license was sent back to our office on Friday," Donna Conkling, the town clerk of Scarsdale Village in suburban Westchester County, tells Reuters.
