I think it is easy: numbers at the bottom indicate frets.
After 12th fret notes start like from the beginnig (you must
think of 13th fret as of the 1st)

If you prefer to use european symbols for notes, then notice that:
A# (american) is B (european)
B (american) is H (european)
Other notes stay the same :)
