Grammy Award Nominated Ann Nesby Defends Against Alleged Copyright Infringement
R&B singer Ann Nesby, her management staff, Laborforce Management, and her record label, It's Time Child Records refute the malicious and unwarranted claim made by purported singer/songwriter/producer Peggy Harley. Harley calculatingly claims through various Internet blogs and postings that Nesby along with prominent radio personality Vaughn Harper of WBLS radio New York are responsible for copyright infringement regarding Nesby's latest single "I Apologize." Additionally the deluded accusation brought upon by Peggy Harley are unfounded, "I Apologize" is an original recording exclusively created by Ann Nesby and producer/songwriter Roosevelt George. Laborforce Management, It's Time Child Records, and Ann Nesby have no professional or personal relationship with Vaughn Harper of WBLS as Harley claims.
