Alicia Keys Fourth Studio Album Pushed Back
If you are an Alicia Keys fan, you will have to wait a few extra months for the yet untitled fourth album.
"The album was supposed to come out in June, but now it's looking like October due to schedule changes in her acting career," Alicia's spokeswoman told the New York Daily News.
Despite rumors of problems with the singer's record label, the spokeswoman insists that the delays are only due to Alicia's growing number of film commitments.
But according to the New York Daily News, Keys is upset with over the recent departure of promotions director and her loyal friend Ken Wilson.
Having recently completed her first major acting roles in crime thriller Smokin' Aces and the soon-to-be-released romantic comedy The Nanny Diaries, in which she plays Scarlett Johansson's best pal, Alicia has reportedly optioned the script for Bell Book And Candle, a romantic comedy about a modern day witch in which the singer may take on her first starring role.
