Alice in Chains - No Excuses (standard Tuning For Beginners) bass tab
No Excuses - Alice In Chains - Jar of Flies
Tabbed By: Ty W. (tydogg2443@aol.com)
Tuning: Standard(E,A,D,G)
Ive read other tabs that claim its tuned down a quarter or half-step.
Those other tabs are great... Ive tried them myself and theyre
fine. But since Im lazy, I tabbed this song using the standard
EADG tuning for other lazy people like me as well as beginners.
It sounds fine. If you don't compare the two side-by-side, you
wouldn't know the difference.
Also, for those beginners out there... This is an easy song.
Don't get discouraged if it seems too fast. If you practice it
for a little bit, you can catch on pretty quickly. =D

Im aware the CHORUS is off, but Im finding it hard to translate
the quarter-step/half-step variations to standard tuning.
But if youre playing it with a band in standard tuning, this will do.
Play around with it and maybe youll find some cool variations
of your own.
