Adema Shoots First Video In Italy

Adema

With the release of Adema's debut album for Earache Records, "Planets", set for April 5, Adema have left their home of Bakersfield, California and headed to Italy to shoot the first video off "Planets", for the track entitled "Tornado".

With acclaimed Italian director Paolo Doppieri at the helm, the "Tornado" video is being filmed on location near Ancona, Italy. The action is set mainly in an underground cave, beneath a town square. "We have been told that this cave was actually created during the Roman era and then again used during medieval times as a defense against Barbaric invasions!", stated Adema drummer Kris Kohls before departing for Italy. "Doppieri has a great artistic vision for the video, and the song is a rocker. The video is going to be awesome. Italy, here we come!"

The track, "Tornado" (also being released in the UK as the first single off "Planets"), is based on an unfaithful relationship that new Adema vocalist (and ex-Marine) Luke Caraccioli found himself in while overseas in the midst of his military service.

After completing work on the "Tornado" video, some of the members of Adema will be hitting the UK for a press trip. The entire band will be back home in California on March 4 to resume handling US and Canadian interviews.

Adema's debut album for Earache Records, "Planets", will see an April 5 release in the US and Canada (April 11 in the UK and Europe).
