12 Stones have announced the addition of former Presence bassist D.J. Stange to their line-up. Stange replaces Kevin Door who left the band in 2004. The band will release their new album 'Anthem for the Underdog' in late July. The first single, "Lie to Me", can be streamed on MySpace. Tour dates will be announced shortly. As previously reported, Breaking Point guitarist Justin Rimer will be filling in for Greg Trammell, who departed the band earlier this year. Rimer also co-wrote and produced 12 Stones new album.
12 Stones' upcoming "Anthem For The Underdog" will be released on August 14th, and follows two prior albums that have cumulatively scanned close to 500,000 copies. Singer Paul McCoy is a Grammy Award winner for his performance on Evanescence's "Bring Me To Life."
